The yearly period in the fall is when people can enroll in a health insurance plan for the next calendar year. Open Enrollment runs from November 1 through January 15 every year. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1. Enrollments from December 1 through January 15, for coverage that starts February 1, the next year.
